Duties:

  1. Coordinate the OCM license acquisition process with legal counsel. Implement & maintain operational production standards within NYS government guidelines at a minmum, with a 1 year goal to achieve operational efficiency standards as defined in the new CaaS model - read more here.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in cannabis cultivation, or comparable agribusiness/horticultural experience.
  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Argicultural Science, Animal Husbandry, or equivalent field.
  • Experience in/with any of the follow a BIG plus:
    • Medical or recreational cannabis license acquisition
    • Cultivating medical or recreational cannabis with strict government compliance practices and procedures
    • A background in cannabis genetics, production automation, or sales optomization strategy.

SALES REP

Duties:

  • Care for and attend to the proper growth, maintenance, and protection of our indoor grow tent & nursery plants.
  • Conduct retail sales in strict compliance with COVID-19 protocols, initially via drive-thru window interactions only. Possibly parking lot contactless delivery.

None, training provided. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

 

  1. Prior retail sales experience a plus
  2. Prior experience with any one (or more) of the following is a big plus (in no particular order of importance):
    1. horticulture
    2. garndeing
    3. indoor growing
    4. agriculture

SITE MANAGER

Duties:

All the same duties as a Sales Rep (see above, left), plus:

 

  1. Shift scheduling using a provided software scheduling system (TBD, training provided) and management duties, oversight of sales team and facitilities
  2. Responsible for routine on-site maintenance and unkeep, notifying the team when professional repairs or intervation may be needed or considered.
  3. Act as a trusted business partner, advisor, and team member.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Prior role in a Management capacity is a must, bonus if in retail, argirculture, or horticultural fields.
  2. All of the stuff listed under the Qualifications for Sales Rep as "bonuses" are considered requirements for this role.
  3. Demonstrable leadership skills or a capacity to learn them
  4. A degree in argricultural sciences or animal husbandry is a big plus
